建外 SOHO

建外 SOHO 位于北京市朝阳区东三环中路39号（国贸中心对面），总建筑面积约 70 万平方米，共有 20 栋高楼，其中有 18 栋公寓， 2 栋写字楼， 目前有 9 栋已建完，7 栋在建， 4 栋即将开工。建外 SOHO另有 4 栋别墅，现已全部完工。 全部建成后，这里将有 300 个临街店铺， 20 个空中花园， 16 条步行小街，每天将有 5 万人在此居住和活动。

建外 SOHO 设计师为日本著名建筑设计师山本理显。
